Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a 50% service deposit will be required to schedule your next appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your future service. Please note: if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

Guest Policy:

We consistently strive to provide a relaxing environment for every client. Given our limited space, we kindly encourage you not to bring additional guests to your appointment.
